Looking out over Paris, the restaurant has two terraces offering a magnificent view of the capital and the Eiffel Tower. The chef Fabrice Giraud prepares high-quality dishes according to the seasons, such as foie gras of seared duck, red beans flavored with miso, daikon confit, or even le mignon de biche, brousse de brebis, sauerkraut and winter gremolata.
