Chef Laurent André has been offering all that is excellent in French cuisine since 2009, at the gastronomic restaurant La Cuisine in the Hotel Royal Monceau.
The chef serves numerous sophisticated dishes. Don’t hesitate to try out his signature dishes: lobster quenelle, spinach shoots and American sauce; roast pollock, French style peas; crispy Little Gem lettuce; duck breast from the Vendée; raw and cooked fennel with orange sauce. The desserts at La Cuisine are created by famous pastry chef Pierre Hermé.
