The French restaurant La Bourse et la Vie in the middle of the Bourse neighbourhood in Paris, serves a simple and tasty cuisine based on fresh produce.
This little bistro serves dishes handed down from historical French cuisine, that are hard to find in Paris these days. In the kitchen the chef in charge is however an American, Daniel Rose. He was chef at Spring in Paris for 17 years. Today he revisits traditional dishes using traditional methods. The pot au feu (stew) is certainly worth trying, if you haven’t already, at La Bourse et la Vie.
