In the middle of the Hotel Royal Monceau, Il Carpaccio, the one Michelin starred restaurant provides an Italian gastronomic interlude.
Il Carpaccio is an Italian restaurant that opens on to a pretty conservatory, bathed in light. The decor is inspired by the Sicilian baroque style and the cool grottos of Antiquity. The walls are studded with sculptures and shells. Il Carpaccio’s Chef, Roberto Rispoli, serves classic dishes drawn from transalpine cuisine (carpaccio, osso bucco, antipasti, etc.). The desserts are created by Pierre Hermé.
You will also enjoy the La Cuisine restaurant in the Hotel Royal Monceau.
