Located not far from the Ile de la Cite in Paris, the Spanish restaurant Fogón serves plenty of creative Spanish dishes.
Alberto Herraiz, Chef at the Fogón, comes from a line of four generations of Castilian chefs. In his restaurant he puts his own signature on several typical Spanish dishes, such as paella and tapas.
At lunchtime the restaurant serves a special menu made up of savoury and sweet dishes to be shared amongst friends. You may also enjoy trying the ‘rice’ menu which includes four tapas selected by the chef according to available produce and a rice paella. The restaurant also has a parking valet.
