Dersou, an unusual neo-bistro
The neo-bistro Dersou serves an international cuisine that’s both varied and original, in the well-known Bastille district in the centre of Paris.
Founded by Amaury Guyot and Japanese chef Taku Sekine, the restaurant serves an innovative cuisine. At lunchtime the menu is fresh and tasty, with duck ravioli in ginger and coriander stock or Iberian pork with black rice and quinoa, for instance. In the evenings, the chefs at the Dersou will introduce you to new tastebud sensations with suggestions combining dishes and cocktails.
