Soho is located in central London’s West End. It is one of the most fashionable districts with its incredible variety of shops and cultures, and the haunt of artists, writers and intellectuals.
Soho is known for its clubs, boutiques and bars as well as for the large gay population found here. The oldest gay pub in London, the Admiral Duncan is located here. Soho is still one of London’s most lively districts at night, thanks to the large number of bars, discos, live music venues and cinemas.
Also worth visiting: Carnaby Street, famous in the 1960’s for its boutiques and fashion workshops; Piccadilly Circus, one of the best known and most bustling of London squares; and the Photographer’s Gallery, a major gallery for this genre.
